- Total dividend income projected is $601.36 (Up $10.70 since the August’s projection).
- $5.00 of the increase was a result of dividend raises.
- The portfolio generates $81.73 more revenue compared to 2018.
I am pleased to present RTC’s dividend income projection twenty-one.
This projection will outline expected dividend income over a twelve month period (January to December)
As it currently stands, the dividend business generates $601.36 in annual revenue.
Although the pace of growth has slowed recently, it is great to see annual income surpass $600 again.
Since the previous report, annual revenue increased by $10.70. $5.00 of the increase was the result of dividend raises, while the other $5.70 was achieved through adding to existing positions.
2019 Year End Projections
8 months of dividend income updates are in the books now.
Since only 4 months of the year remain, additional purchases have less of an impact on this year’s performance.
Of course, the goal for this year was to earn $670. As of August’s Dividend income update, only $332.96 was received ytd.
Although I am certain $500 annually will be surpassed, it is likely that the goal to earn $670 will be missed.
I guess this is another guidance post…
$398.64 until this is a $1,000 Business
Finally, the portfolio is less than $400 away from generating $1,000 annually.
Imho, the $600 to $1,000 range is when dividend growth investing begins to be a substantial cashflow machine. Because at this level, your savings are already contributing $50 a month for you.
Furthermore, $601.36 annually is $24,054.40 over 40 years… That’s over $24,000 that will be reinvested over the years.
Concluding Thoughts on Dividend Income Projection Twenty-one
Although the pace of growth has slowed down, it is stability, consistency, and quality that I’m after.
With the dividend portfolio generating more than $600 annually, with blogging generating additional income, and with a part-time job, it truly is beginning to look like blogging and dividend investing is a fool proof plan.
